Helles Lager – 5.0%abv
Park Pass
2021 GABF Silver Medal Winner (Munich style Helles)
“Helles” in German means light, and this classic lager is just that. Light in color with a restrained malt presence and moderately hopped with German noble varieties. This beer is great for hanging out with friends and accompanying your outdoor adventures.
West Coast IPA – 6.6%abv
Gracious Living
Rich in Tradition! We love our hops and we love West Coast IPA’s, so naturally our flagship IPA is clean, crisp, and dry with a medium body. Hopped with several American varieties to impart flavors and aromas of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit to compliment the clean bitterness of this new classic. Celebrate the art of gracious living.
Hefeweizen – 5.5%abv
Compass
German style wheat ale brewed with 50% Pilsner and 50% wheat malts. This ale is lightly hopped to let the yeast character be the star of the show. Banana and slight clove notes make this ale a stand-out from other styles.
American Pale Ale – 5.1%abv
Pastoral Life
An ode to the style which heavily influenced craft beer’s notoriety in the US. Our take on this pale ale starts with a memorable malt bill of pale, Munich and caramel malts and is tastefully hopped with Citra and Strata for their amazing contribution of citrus and fruit. A firm bitterness accentuates the clean hop flavor.
English style Bitter – 4.5%abv
Shooting Brake
Our brewers love low ABV, sessional beers, so it isn’t surprising they set out to make a classic English Bitter. Shooting break displays some well-rounded, earthy and tea-like aromas from the UK hops. Medium bodied with a pleasant malt backbone, this beer is well balanced and complex.
Landbier – 4.8%abv
In the Cut
Landbier translates to “Country Beer” and well, we’re in the country! This lager is made with Pilsner malt and spelt along with a nice dose of German noble hops. The result is a beer with a touch of body and pleasant hoppiness. Ready to serve as an all-day beer or a refreshing treat after a hard day’s work in the yard, you’ve earned it.
